The design of various purpose submarines is the major direction of activities of Public joint-stock company “Central Design Bureau for Marine Engineering “Rubin”.

     Submarines described in this Section were built or are under construction to CDB ME “Rubin” designs. At present these submarines are the basis of Submarine Forces of the Russian Navy and a number of foreign states.
