In 1997 CDB ME “Rubin” developed and industrial enterprises manufactured mobile transportable plants for ships’ support in bases with high pressure air (HPA) and guaranteed electric power supply in order to resolve the above problem. State Tests of such plants were carried out in 2002.

     An automated electric compressor station is used as an air compression unit. The station provides the high pressure air at pressure 2000 kg/cm² (HPA-200) and 400 kg/cm² (HPA-400) supply to consumers. The electric power is supplied to the station from the shore source. The station and necessary equipment are located in a transport container the length of which is 10.3 m, width 3.26 m and height 3.17 m.

     The mobile plant for guaranteed power supply is intended for the guaranteed uninterruptible supply of 3-phase 400 Hz 220 V alternating current and transfer of 3,000 A 190 … 320 V direct current from the shore charging station to consumers. The station equipment is mounted in a transport container the length of which is 5.02 m, width 2.64 m and height 2.85 m. A transverter the drive of which is supplied from the shore mains is used as the power source.
